    Before sun exposure, ensure your skin is clean and dry.
    Squeeze a sufficient amount of the sun cream onto your fingertips. Apply the sun cream onto your face and neck, spreading it evenly and gently massaging it into the skin.
    Be sure to apply sunscreen generously to ensure adequate protection. Pay special attention to areas that are prone to sun exposure, such as the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin. Allow the sunscreen to absorb fully into the skin before applying any makeup or other skincare products.
    Reapply sunscreen every two hours or more frequently if sweating heavily or after swimming or toweling off.
    Follow up with your regular skincare and makeup routine as desired.
